Hungry for intimacy

Some are looking for love in a bottle. Others look to the streets and many seek to find their food.

Most of our food is grown on acres of land, sprayed from aircraft, cut by machinery, moved by truck or boat of automated systems to grind, pack and ship. Go to stores where colored envelopes, and we seduction by the richness of this product will be sold delivered. We take it home, open the can or bottle to feed one at a time "to ourselves and perhaps our family. The objective is often the rate as us or any other commitments for the day they had. Our TV can be fun, we want to eat this meal feed.

This is also a food distribution plant that has sent the country's food chain is selling a growing segment of the population feed. Take the food, mix their formula in large tanks, package quantity measured, ship by truck to their sales to be prepared quickly by workers for their breakfast and lunchDinner crowd. In these restaurants, or drive through Windows distributed food in plastic or paper with the speed as the target, so that everyone can take from us deadlines, deadlines and multiple obligations. Some of us eat in our cars, we like to eat or drive to other destinations on our desk. What would happen if we said every day a break in the cast today as Henry Wadsworth Longfellow in his poem The Children's Hour

Between dark and daylight

When the night beginslower

If a break in today's occupations,

This is known as the Children's Hour.

Every day we hear on TV or read newspapers and magazines, this new disease - obesity affecting all age groups, cultures and communities. It 's a miracle, because we are hungry for intimacy and to try to feed the need.

There is a growing market these days for organic, slow cooking and is a miracle. We must realize how to meet our needs as our own feed fromeveryday .. Organic farmers know their land is the basis for their installation. Prepared to meet the needs of individual plant seed them. Go to their fields, taking into account the needs of the soil and the challenges and needs of individual crops, the food can be harvested by the family or they will run the machines. Their cows and chickens can name and raise their family in this true home-based business. This food is usually sold to a farmer or the Co-op or healthgrocery stores to buy from local suppliers. The food bought in this way is homemade and prepared as a meal on the table or feeding a large number, share and laugh together as they served.

There is a growing trend with chefs from these farmers to buy and often require special food for their demanding customers. These customers are people who eat in a relaxed and get food prepared food inspired by the hands.

We find a similar commitment to foodcustomers in mom and pop restaurants. You may grits and eggs and hot pepper and stewed specialize and to prepare their recipes and often with food from local sources.

There is a saying "A bitter kitchen bake a bitter bread." It is not true, there is a missing link in our food chain, the cure. The cure for food that nourishes us. Maintenance of food as it cooked. Love is the missing ingredient in much of our food today. It is not why manyof us have looked for intimacy. It would not be growing in love, love and joy in preparing food for change in the way of seeing and feeling. Food, feed our souls and our bodies must be grown prepared and consumed, with the intention of care, love.

Sophia Loren said the most important ingredient in any recipe is love. It would be unwise to love every dish we make, add food and serve.
Save some of these candies and serve the heart of every meal to rememberLove your food and joy in your life. I think it might be the best diet that will be able to find the next year.
