Love is a heart Candy?

What is the confusion about all the candy hearts and cards frills? And 'this really what is love anyway? When someone a pink paper with a poem about them on a certain day of the year, is proof that you are loved? And 'the only way to know that you are loved?

Let me answer for you: NO!

Since we are at this point where the emphasis both on Valentines and roses and diamond rings and other outward signs of "proof" that someone lovesus?

Let me answer that one for you: brainwashed by commercialism.

That's why many of us yearn for a treasure Valentine who we honor and shower with love, because it feels wonderful that we are seen and appreciated because of it. We are looking for the feeling of being welcomed, valued, loved and revered. It is not really a high heart, that we want, we want to hear this sentiment. And also, it feels nice to someone with showerthat love, appreciation and respect.

In my coaching clients, I offer tips and techniques to obtain clarity on all this love. But let me tell you the secret access to a greater love fulfilled life: love is a vibration or frequency all around us That's where, and how to get more into our lives is not an old thoughts, beliefs and behaviors maintain, eliminate our views and experience that love. How do I search for ways to express love - for others, for our world, andus - we vibrate at a frequency of love that strengthen our signal, and love is manifested in a variety of opportunities around us. If we take the beauty of nature - really feel awe and wonder at the beauty of nature - we are enabling this vibration of love. If you are our family and friends, and others pray in our own lives, we activate the vibration of Love. If we like the wart on our toes - it is after all a part of us and as lovable as any other party - we vibrateLove for ourselves and those around us feel the vibrations of love and respond.

Love is not something we make happen, not something to "look out there." Love is a state of being and being is an inside job.
