Candy Lovers, Sweet Tooth Sugar Addicts Beware!

Candy is everywhere and that the dream has a sweet tooth.

Sugar season starts around Halloween, extends through Christmas, then the Scouts will ring the bells. The next thing you know, big heart box of chocolates for Valentine's Day. Only if you hopping from over, that candy, the Easter Bunny comes. Summer is hot. cold soda and sweet tea are refreshing. Sugar season for some people lasts all year.

Let thebad reputation that the poor old sugar gets. And 'the crime or the cause of tooth decay known as "rotten teeth", held responsible. In defense of sugar, not the cause.

What? Has not been drilled in the head when you found the sweet and savory. You know the saying: "If you eat sweets, all your teeth rot and fall." Well, this is not the reason the sugar has been used a drill in your mouth. So you think they "need to be on a sugar or somethingsuch a statement. "Not at all. I'm here to tell the truth!

Sugar does not decay, bacteria-PRODUCTS lead to tooth decay.

I know you ask, "What are by-products." "Because I've always said, the root (ha-ha, do it) the degradation is caused by sugar?" If this is not true, then bring on the candy!

Products is a better expression for bacterial waste. Hum, let me phrase this way, the bacteria are alive, they need food / fuelTo survive in such a way that they eat. What they do not resign they need and this will be a byproduct. In the dental world, is called plaque. This is a fancy name for poop error.

Here dances sugar in the party. Bacteria love to eat. To survive, they need fuel. Some sources are easier for bacteria to convert into energy than others. Imagine eating a steak cooked too hard against cotton candy. Which is easier to eat? Yes, the candy melts in your mouth only.Chewing is not even necessary. More time to celebrate for the bacteria! This means that multiple source! If you have not already guessed, this means that you have a better chance of a void.

So, if the "sweet-tooth inner demon" comes to Halloween, Love offers a lot of chocolate on Valentine's Day, or the Easter Bunny fills the basket with jelly beans, the important thing is

BRUSH soon after eating sugar!

RememberAcids and excrete the bacteria, the teeth for about 30 minutes after each exposure to attacks. Brushing removes plaque to end the 'Feast of the mouth and reduce the chances of the "Cavity bug bite.
